Welcome to the American Institute of Interior Design , a boutique Interior Design school located in Fountain Hills, Arizona, a picturesque suburb of Phoenix. We are a private post-secondary institution specializing in the practical education of Interior Designers. The American Institute of Interior Design (AIID) offers an accelerated 6-month training program leading to a Certificate in Interior Design, and is institutionally accredited by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).
The Bachelor of Science in Interior Design is a four-year program, interdisciplinary with architecture, on the design of interior environments. Following the two-year Basic Studies sequence, the student completes two years of Major Studies, an intensive series of courses and studios on the theory, history, skill, and practice of interior design. The program leads to the full professional degree in Interior Design.
